Whats New @ Namely - Intuitive Onboarding Your company is growing and you work hard to secure talent. 

Introducing the new Onboarding dashboard providing you with a visual of your new hires, their statuses, and those that require action. 

Easily search, filter, and download sessions and bulk remind new hires to complete their onboarding session so they can hit the ground running on day one.

This is the first of many Onboarding enhancements, including improved onboarding templates, automated task lists, further personalization options, and bulk sends for onboarding sessions.

We’ve added new custom report types! By adding more data to the reporting model, Namely admins can self-serve in the platform to run:

  • Time Off Request Reports
  • Benefits Change Reports
  • Audit Reports
  • Profile Reports

Even More Compliance Support

Earlier this year, all Namely clients experienced a Compliance Library platform upgrade by Mineral, formerly ThinkHR. This upgrade included a more intuitive look and feel, proactive compliance notifications via Mineral Intelligence, and a new configurable dashboard to help you stay up to date with changes in regulatory compliance.

In addition, Mineral released online chat and a self-service Help Center as support options to better serve you in your compliance initiatives.
