Striving to Do Transition Right: It's All About Balance


In any leadership transition there is a delicate balance to be struck:

  • Enough Consistency so the good tracks in place are not derailed
  • Enough Change so new tracks can be laid for improvements and innovation
  • Enough Culture understanding to be accepted and supported into a strong team

Today I am transitioning the Namely CEO role to Larry Dunivan, an enormously well qualified leader who I believe can strike the right balance of Consistency, Change, and Culture.  Larry will help bring Namely to new heights as I step into the role of Chair for Namely’s Board of Directors.
