Namely Wins 4 Culture & Leadership Awards

This week, Comparably announced the winners of its 2022 Best Places to Work Awards. To determine the recipients of these, Comparably asked employees across the country to rate their company’s culture and leadership anonymously. Out of tens of thousands of companies, Namely was recognized as one of the top small and midsize companies for Best CEOs for Women, Best CEOs for Diversity, Best Leadership Team, and Best Companies for Career Growth.

Of course, the entire organization was thrilled to receive all of these awards, but our CEO, Larry Dunivan, ranking as the #1 Best CEO for Diversity was extra meaningful–especially because it was awarded to him by Namely’s BIPOC employees.

"I love his commitment and follow through regarding diversity," explained a Namely employee in one of the Comparably surveys.

Since he was appointed CEO in 2019, Dunivan has made diversity a top priority. By encouraging employee activism, working closely with our Employee Resource Groups, and taking a stance when it comes to supporting issues of social justice, Dunivan and the rest of Namely’s leadership team constantly strive to build a diverse workforce.

In a message he shared internally with Namely employees and posted on LinkedIn about the award, Dunivan expressed “Recognition is always rewarding, but this one means more. My sincere (and humble) thanks to the Namely employees of color for this one.”
