Before we ring in 2023, we decided to reflect on the past year and release Namely’s 2022 Wrapped!

Inspired by Spotify Wrapped, we’ve compiled a list of our top HR blog posts, events, social posts, and library content from 2022. Next up on our series, here were our most popular social posts this past year:

1. The 4-Day Work Week Poll

With how much buzz there was around the 4-day work week in 2022, it’s no surprise that our social post with the most interactions this past year was this LinkedIn poll. With 710 votes and no clear winner, the results of our poll proved that even though the new work schedule was trending, there was still a lot of uncertainty around it.


2. "When you have an HR question, but you are HR" Meme

At Namely, we are huge fans of HR memes–and our followers on social media are too! Back in March, we created and posted what turned out to be our most liked HR meme in 2022.


3. Payroll Joke of the Week Series

As one of our punniest social series of 2022, our payroll joke of the week series was a hit! Posted every Friday of September to recognize National Payroll Week all month long, these jokes were aimed to add laughter to payroll professionals’ days.


4. How to Make Wellbeing a Part of Your Culture Series

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we posted tips throughout March to help leaders make wellbeing a part of their company culture. As our second highest performing social series of 2022, this series focused on how important it is to prioritize your employees’ mental health all year round.

5. HR's Biggest Priority in 2022 Poll

To find out what HR professionals were prioritizing this past year, we posted this LinkedIn poll. Since 46 percent of the 398 respondents voted for employee retention and 47 percent voted for employee engagement and morale, the results showed that the impacts of the Great Resignation were still top of mind for HR teams in 2022.
