Redefining Client Success at Namely’s Annual Summit

Over 150 clients poured into Namely’s New York headquarters for our inaugural client summit, HR Redefined. Attendees were able to sit in on a selection of nearly forty sessions, view upcoming product enhancements, and even participate in our 24 hour hackathon. But for many clients, the best part of the summit was the opportunity to meet with their Namely Support Consultant in person.

“Celebrity” Spotting

“Meeting my Namely Support Consultant was kind of like meeting a celebrity,” says Sara Hetyonk, Manager of Talent Acquisition at ONTRAPORT. Most clients speak with their Namely Support Consultant weekly (if not more), but with clients spread out globally, many have never met face-to-face. HR Redefined was the perfect opportunity for clients to connect with their Namely go-tos, live and in person.

The Client Success Take

Our clients weren’t the only ones excited to puts faces to names. Support consultants were thrilled to welcome everyone to Namely.

“Having this event at Namely HQ and welcoming my clients into our office really helped us to strengthen our continued partnership,” shares Lauren Schatz, Namely Support Lead. “It was so exciting to meet everyone face to face!”

Katie Kalvin, a Product Enablement Consultant felt the same way. “Meeting my clients was far and away the best part of the summit. It was such an amazing experience to get to meet the people I partner with on a daily basis in person. It strengthened our working relationship and left me energized to work together in making Namely even better than it already is!”

Client Connections

Namely clients are also very active in our online community—Namely Backstage Pass, which allows them to communicate with each other, share tips, ask questions, and more. At HR Redefined, clients from across the world were able to meet their digital friends and supporters. Several even took the initiative to get groups together to visit the 9/11 Memorial and take a Flywheel Cycling class while they were here.
