Resources—Organize Your HR Content
Whether they’re new hires or seasoned employees, you know people at your company need easy access to policies, benefits guides, and other important documents. That’s why employees in Namely have access to Resources, where managers can organize all important HR content into folders—and add direct hyperlinks to online resources. You won’t miss those neverending trips to the copy machine. We promise.
Special Access for Inactive Employees
When employees move on from your company, it’s farewell, but not goodbye. Sometimes they still need access to tax and payroll documents. In Namely, we’ve created special access for former employees so they can retrieve their paystubs and W-2s but are unable to access other sections in Namely.
Namely now processes payroll and runs payroll reports in a fraction of the time—literally. We've made payroll up to 5x faster!
That’s 5x more time you could spend putting the roster together for company softball. Word on the street is you’ve got a pretty mean third baseman.
