That’s why we built Namely Learning—to teach our clients the ins and outs of Namely in the smoothest way possible, be it instructor-led or self-paced courses, in videos or PDFs. At Namely, we always pair our software with excellent service, service that gets you on the ground quickly to delivering the great HR your company needs.
Namely Learning provides three types of training:
- Instructor-Led Learning includes approximately 20 courses delivered via webcast at scheduled times.
- Self-Paced Learning contains prerecorded courses that you can view at any time.
- The Learning Center includes videos and PDF guides on commonly used features.
If that’s not enough, we’ll build a custom learning program catered to your needs. For example, we’ve done onsite trainings, instructor-led courses aimed at managers and employees, and more. We’re committed to helping you succeed in whatever way suits your company.
