Namely Wins 2021 Best Places to Work in New York and Atlanta

Last week, Namely won two Comparably awards for “Best Place to Work” in the New York City and Atlanta metropolitan areas. Winners were determined by employee feedback across 20 workplace culture categories, including compensation, leadership, work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and benefits.

“The Comparably awards are meaningful to us, as they are a direct reflection of the sentiment of our employees. We work hard to create a great place to work and we are proud to see it reflected," expressed Amy Roy, Namely’s Chief People Officer. 

Namely ranked in the top 10 for New York City, among companies like Google, Squarespace, and Peloton. In Atlanta, Namely ranked number 11 for Best Place to Work, coming in right below Amazon and Delta Airlines.

To address the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact it has had on employee well-being, Namely has put several strategic initiatives in place to support its workforce.

“When I first joined Namely over a year and a half ago, I already considered it one of the best places to work. However, Namely has truly taken that title to a new level throughout the past year,” explained Vienna Stivala, Sr. Associate of Content & Client Advocacy in New York City. “From declaring company-wide mental health days to offering telehealth services, Namely has supported its employees in several ways during these difficult times. I’m incredibly lucky to work for a company that genuinely cares about its employees and their well-being.”
